Even though sports wagering is a skill you will still get losing streaks. I do this for a living and I have losing streaks that would bust me under your system and I'm pretty sure I'm better at picking winners than a free site will be.
$770 isn't much money so try it. I don't believe it is a smart bankroll management system but testing it is the best way to know.

They sure do, at least some places. In a small town, for example, most people know each other, so the restriction is often not enforced if the parents take responsible.
On the other hand, if you go to the big cities, they probably won’t let you in.

It sounds like she is done with the relationship. Not much you can do about that.
You didn't mention much about how she feels about YOU. (except the "We're done…") It's possible that she is simply homesick and needs to be in the big city. Would you live in New York? It's probably not a good idea though, unless she has begged you to come with her. I think she was with you because it was convienient and seemed right at the time.
Help her to get back to her family, let her know you will be available for her for a few months, then move on.

One thing you need to know is:
When you are absolutely infatuated by a girl, a side effect is you are automatically very scared that she has no interest in you.
2nd thing to know is:
If you are inexperienced and nerdy, you probably cannot tell if she has interest in you or not by the various "signs" that she gives. So your fear that she has no interest in you is utterly irrational and based on no evidence.
The logical consequence of this is that there is a much better chance than you think there is, that she is interested.
The only way to find out if she is interested is to ask her. As you are currently suffering the agony of uncertainty, you want to do this fairly soon.
OK, so you are going out together to have fun. If that goes well then you could ask her immediately, or maybe go out one or two more times as "friends". When you ask her, you can do it in a fairly low-key way such as:
"I really like you. How would you like to go out on a _DATE_ rather than just as friends?"
If she turns you down, you are no worse off than you are now. Plus you can ask her again in a month or two if your friendship blossoms. But there's a good chance she'll accept anyway.
